Grace assists clients with a wide range of litigation needs, including criminal and civil matters.

Grace earned her Bachelor’s in History, with departmental honors, from Bluffton University in 2022, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2024 through their two-year accelerated program. During law school, she served on the National Mock Trial Team, was President of the Student Bar Association for her cohort, was Vice President of the Sport and Entertainment Law Society, and was Secretary of both the Criminal Law Association and the Federal Bar Association Law Student Division.

Before joining PSE, Grace developed a general foundation in estate planning, corporate law, real estate law, and litigation.

Kaylee is a Principal in the firm’s Litigation Department. Kaylee’s specific areas of practice include personal injury, breach of contract disputes, and commercial, residential, and investment real estate litigation services. Kaylee appreciates the opportunity to assist individuals with a wide range of litigation needs.

Kaylee completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Cincinnati, cum laude, in 2017, with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Criminal Justice and a certificate in Forensic Populations. Kaylee obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2020. As a law student, at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, Kaylee was a Fellow of the Ohio Innocence Project, Research Assistant to Professor Mark Godsey, the President of UC Law Women, Student Bar Association Vice President, and Trial Team Vice President.

Mike is a shareholder with the firm, Chair of our Litigation Department, and has over 30 years of legal experience with over 65 jury trials. He has extensive trial experience throughout Ohio in both State and Federal Courts. Mike works with each client to understand the issue, whether Civil or Criminal and provides a strategy to achieve the best result. If Litigation is needed, he will vigorously help clients protect their interests.

When a person or their loved ones are involved in a criminal issue or have sustained a serious injury due to an accident, it can be a highly emotional time for the entire family. Mike understands this and while being compassionate, he will use his experience and understanding to provide aggressive legal counsel.

Mike also practices in the area of insurance fraud, plaintiff’s personal injury, and criminal law. He provides commercial, residential, and investment real estate litigation services, including zoning and land use planning litigation. He represents owners, investors, landlords, tenants, construction companies, financial institutions, and architects in all types of disputes. Mike works with each client individually, tailoring strategies to create customized solutions. 

A shareholder with the firm and its President, Mike represents individuals and businesses with issues involving Consumer, Construction, Insurance, Contract, and Commercial disputes.

Mike understands how construction and commercial business disputes can jeopardize profits and important business relationships. He strives to provide efficient and effective legal advice that protects his client’s current and long-term interests while maintaining the business relationship necessary to benefit all parties involved. He has experience handling all aspects of disputes, from negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, to litigation and appeal. He has successfully handled various issues, including collections, leases, zoning, contracts, insurance coverage, tort construction, and property valuation matters.

In the area of insurance law, Mike has extensive experience in evaluating insurance policies and coverage issues to effectively leverage the role of insurance in dispute resolution.
