Hannah is an Associate in the firm’s Employment Department, where she advises clients on employment law, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, business litigation, trademark matters, and real estate disputes.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2023, graduating in the top 20% of her class, and served as a Staff Writer for the University of Dayton Law Review. Before joining PSE, Hannah gained broad civil litigation experience, representing clients in state and federal courts on employment, healthcare, election law, contract, real property, and regulatory matters.

Hannah is an active member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and Dayton Bar Association.

Matt is a Shareholder and Chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Department, with over 35 years of experience advising and representing public and private employers. He handles matters under the FMLA, Title VII and state anti-discrimination laws, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, NLRA, and workers’ compensation retaliation, in courts, before arbitrators, and with administrative agencies.

He provides day-to-day counseling on compliance, drafts and updates employee handbooks, trains supervisors on employment laws, and has extensive experience in collective bargaining and civil service matters across a variety of industries.
