Pickrel, Schaeffer & Ebeling (PSE) is pleased to announce that Caitlin Archibald has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in the Business Department.
Caitlin focuses her practice on general business law, commercial and transactional matters, corporate law, contracts, and municipal law.
Caitlin earned her undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston in 2022 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2025, graduating in the top 10% of her class with high honors. While in law school, she served as an Articles Editor for the Tennessee Law Review and an Executive Editor
for Transactions – Tennessee Journal of Business Law. She was also a member of the Federalist Society and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
Before joining PSE, Caitlin practiced general civil litigation, focusing on insurance defense, workers’ compensation, and representing small municipalities.
