About
David Montgomery joined Pickrel, Schaeffer & Ebeling in 2000 and is a Shareholder and Chair of the firm’s Real Estate and Business Department. His practice focuses on real estate transactions, land use and zoning, business matters, development projects, leasing, environmental issues, liquor licensing, and mechanics liens.
David works with municipalities, developers, business owners, and regional and national companies on a wide range of real estate and business matters. He guides clients through every stage of real estate development, from early planning and zoning through financing and final approvals. He also advises business owners on contracts, transactions, and long-term planning, bringing practical experience and a comprehensive approach to each project.
