Corporate and Business Law Associate
Associate with 5+ years of experience in business transactional and corporate law; tax law, real estate, and/or mergers and acquisitions experience is a plus. PSE hires attorneys based on specific practice areas. PSE is an AV-rated law firm headquartered in downtown Dayton, OH, at 40 N. Main Street, Suite 2700, in the Stratacache Tower.
Qualifications
- Superior research and writing skills
- Experience in entity formation and corporate formalities
- Ability to work on a wide range of business law issues independently and through a team approach
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with marketing acumen
- Development and maintenance of a broad client base required
- Admission to the Ohio Bar
