About Katie
Katie Wahl joined Pickrel, Schaeffer & Ebeling in 2018 and focuses her practice on business and corporate law, including business succession planning and mergers and acquisitions. After eight years as a complex business litigator, she transitioned to advising clients on entity formation, business purchases and sales, and general corporate matters such as contracts and agreements.
Katie works closely with business owners, particularly family-owned businesses, to provide practical, tailored guidance for growth and transition planning. She also has significant experience assisting non-profit organizations with obtaining and maintaining tax-exempt status.
