Alan has been with Pickrel, Schaeffer & Ebeling for more than 50 years, practicing in the firm’s Real Estate and Business Department. He represents buyers, sellers, developers, and design and construction professionals, and is involved in all stages of real estate development, from land acquisition and zoning through construction, financing, and final sale or use.
Alan also advises municipalities, bringing valuable public-sector insight to his real estate practice. In addition, he frequently lectures on real estate and zoning law and has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Dayton School of Law.
