Late on Thursday, December 26, 2024, the Fifth Circuit revived the nationwide preliminary injunction against enforcement of the CTA to preserve the “status quo” for the plaintiffs in the underlying litigation. FinCEN has acknowledged that all filings are currently voluntary.
