Kseniia is an Associate in the firm’s Business Department. Kseniia’s specific practice areas include Business, Corporate, and Real Estate Law. She appreciates the opportunity to assist clients with a wide range of their business needs, including the formation of new entities, the sale and purchase of businesses, and drafting supporting documents for business transactions.

Kseniia completed her undergraduate studies at Colorado Mesa University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. Kseniia obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2021. As a law student, Kseniia served as a Dean’s Fellow and a Research Assistant to Professor James Steiner-Dillon.
