Kseniia’s practice focuses on business, corporate, and real estate matters. She assists clients with a wide range of business needs, including entity formation, business purchases and sales, and drafting the documents that support business transactions. Kseniia enjoys working closely with clients to help them navigate practical and legal challenges at every stage of their business.
Kseniia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Colorado Mesa University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2021, where she served as a Dean’s Fellow and a Research Assistant.
