John has more than 30 years of experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, business succession planning, and taxation.
He advises individuals and business owners on plans ranging from simple wills to sophisticated estate strategies, with a focus on achieving client goals and minimizing tax exposure. He also guides families through probate matters.
With a Master’s degree in tax, John concentrates on transfer taxation and the income taxation of trusts and estates, utilizing advanced planning strategies such as GRATs, ILITs, and charitable trusts. He frequently writes and presents on estate and succession planning topics and serves as an expert witness in estate planning and federal transfer tax matters.
