Jon is a Shareholder with the firm and has more than 30 years of experience in corporate, business, financing, and real estate matters. His practice focuses on complex commercial real estate transactions, zoning and land use issues, and advising developers, lenders, and commercial property owners.
Jon regularly represents commercial lenders in complex financing transactions, including conventional and SBA loans, and has experience with both taxable and tax-exempt bond financing. Additionally, Jon represents the Ohio Director of Development in various mixed-use urban renewal, Women Business Enterprise, neighborhood revitalization, senior living communities, Ohio State 166, and historic preservation loans.
