Mike is a Shareholder and President of the firm, representing individuals and businesses in consumer, construction, insurance, contract, and commercial disputes. He understands how business conflicts can threaten profits and relationships, and strives to provide practical, strategic advice that protects his clients’ interests while preserving key business connections.
Mike handles all stages of dispute resolution, from negotiation and mediation to arbitration, litigation, and appeal, and has successfully addressed matters including collections, leases, zoning, contracts, insurance coverage, tort construction, and property valuation. In insurance law, he leverages his extensive experience evaluating policies and coverage to support effective dispute resolution.
