Hannah is an Associate in the firm’s Employment Department, where she focuses on a broad range of business-related matters. Her practice encompasses employment law (counseling and litigation involving wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and restrictive covenants); corporate transactions and governance; administrative and regulatory compliance (including industry-specific licensing); trademark registration and portfolio management; business litigation (contract disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts, and commercial torts); and real estate litigation (boundary disputes, zoning issues, and title matters).

Hannah earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2023, graduating in the top 20% of her class. During law school, she served as a Staff Writer for the University of Dayton Law Review from September 2022 to May 2023.
Since 2023, Hannah has been an active member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and Dayton Bar Association.

Before joining PSE, Hannah developed a robust foundation in general civil litigation, representing clients in state and federal courts across a diverse range of matters, including employment disputes, healthcare litigation, election law and campaign compliance, contract breaches, real property conflicts, and administrative and regulatory issues.
