Jim is a shareholder of the firm and has more than 42 years of experience representing injured clients and the families and estates of deceased persons killed due to the negligence of individuals or corporations.

Many people can be angry, fearful, frustrated, and confused about the complex insurance, legal, and medical issues and how their family’s financial needs will be met.
